Please ensure that you have entered in your delivery address correctly
It is up to you THE BUYER to keep a track of your tracking number and delivery times.
What if it's a sizing thing?:
If it’s a “size thing” no worries whatsoever…..
Email us within 48 hours (email@example.com) of when your order was delivered, explain the issue, we will email you back with information on where to return your item.
Please ensure your order is returned to us within 14 days of initial return contact.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect to ensure the following:
- No Odor whatsoever ANYWHERE- perfume, cigarette smoke, body odor of any kind
- No Stains of any kind ANYWHERE- self explanatory & yes we inspect the items with a blue light
- All tags MUST be attached to the original garment (with the panties it came with attached)
- MUST be in the condition to which it was sent to you in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING
WE ARE EXTREMELY DILIGENT ABOUT THIS AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT COMPLY TO THE ABOVE GUIDELINES
We will then either replace the item with a new size or email you a Store Credit for the full amount (less shipping & any discounts applied to the item when purchased) that can be used in Sassy Mama Lingerie. Valid for 3months from the date of purchase.
What if I receive an item that is damaged?:
- We absolutely endeavor to inspect EVERY SINGLE item that leaves our warehouse is perfect and fabulous. IF for any reason whatsoever, it has been damaged and is not “perfect” please contact our Support ASAP (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Am I responsible for shipping the item back to you?:
- Regrettably, we cannot offer free return shipping back to us.
- What we can do is email you a shipping label and the cost on that will be deducted from your STORE CREDIT.
What if I do not like the item(s) purchased?:
- Once your items are returned to us in the condition described above, we will issue you a store credit for you to use towards the items you would like to exchange for.
What items cannot be returned?:
- 1. All intimate Underwear items sold separately (not part of a set) are NOT returnable. This includes all Panties, Briefs, Thongs, anything that touches the most intimate body areas. We will make no exceptions to this policy in compliance with consumer hygiene protection laws.
- 2. Hosiery/Bodystockings are not returnable, under any circumstances. Please be certain of your size when ordering.
- 3. “Clearance” items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for reading the product page which clearly states that the item is final clearance and is NOT returnable. The item name will also include “Clearance” so there is no chance for misunderstandings.
- 4. Toys are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
