"I placed an order and never received an email confirmation"

• If you included your email address on your order & do not see the email confirmation in your inbox of your order being placed, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder for for the email
• If you did not include your email in your order, and only a phone number- we will send you an SMS with your order details and another once your order has been shipped

"Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been placed?"

As we work REALLY HARD to try and get your order out to you ASAP, unfortunately, we cannot accomodate the following once your order is placed & processed:

Address Change, Add to an Order, Change ANY discount codes, Make changes to any sizes ordered, Change the shipping menthod, or Cancel the order entirely.  Please order carefully.

"What happens if an items is "Returned to Sender?"
