Return Policy Return Policy :

*Sassy Mama Lingerie DOES NOT accept returns that have been worn.

Some items are forbidden by the government for resale under the following:

  • Returned items WITHOUT their tags attached
  • Returned items NOT in their original packaging
  • Returning items that have been washed
  • Returned items that have human and or pet hair
  • Returned items that have perfume, cologne, body glitter or odor Returned items with STAINS of ANY kind
  • Returned items that smell of cigarette


Sassy Mama Lingerie reserves the right to refuse ANY return that does not comply with the above.

Any item that is returned to us that is refused, will be sent back to the customer. WE ARE EXTREMELY DILIGENT ABOUT THIS AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT COMPLY TO THE ABOVE GUIDELINES,


Returning your item within 30 Days from the day it was Delivered:



Once we have received the items and they comply with the above, we will then email you a Store Credit for the full amount (less shipping & any discounts applied to the item when purchased) that can be used in Sassy Mama Lingerie. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.



Due to the nature of this product & HEALTH REGULATIONS, ALL toys are Non- Returnable. If there is a fault with the product, they do come with a FULL manufacturer warranty.



Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been placed?:

As we work REALLY HARD to try and get your order out to you ASAP, unfortunately, we cannot Cancel or accommodate the following once your order is placed & processed: Address Change, Add to an Order, Change ANY discount codes, Make changes to any sizes ordered, Change the shipping method, or Cancel the order entirely.

Please order carefully.


What if it's a sizing thing?:

If it’s a “size thing” no worries whatsoever….. Return the item to us as per our RETURN GUIDELINES, we will issue you a store credit for that item (less any discounts/shipping costs) and you can purchase the item and sizing you need.

*Unfortunately due to stock demand, we cannot "hold" any sizes for you on a return.


What if I receive an item that is damaged?:

We absolutely endeavor to inspect EVERY SINGLE item that leaves our warehouse is perfect and fabulous. IF for any reason whatsoever, it has been damaged and is not “perfect” please contact our Support ASAP ( You MUST advise us via email of the damage within 48 hours of the item being delivered, a photo of the damage must be emailed to us, and the item must not be worn and tags still attached.

As part of this claims process, we will email you a return label to send the UNWORN item back to us and a replacement will be sent to you.


Am I responsible for shipping the item back to you?:

Regrettably, we cannot offer free return shipping back to us. What we can do is email you a shipping label and the cost on that will be deducted from your STORE CREDIT.

What if I do not like the item(s) purchased?:

Once your items are returned to us in the condition described above, we will issue you a store credit for you to use towards the items you would like to exchange for.


What items cannot be returned?:


1. All intimate Underwear items sold separately (not part of a set) are NOT returnable. This includes all Panties, Briefs, Thongs, anything that touches the most intimate body areas. We will make no exceptions to this policy in compliance with consumer hygiene protection laws.

2. Hosiery/Bodystockings/ THUNDA THIGHS & Panties are not returnable, under any circumstances. Please be certain of your size when ordering.

3. “Clearance” items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for reading the product page which clearly states that the item is final clearance and is NOT returnable. The item name will also include “Clearance” so there is no chance for misunderstandings.

4. Toys are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. IF THERE IS A DEFECT/DEFAULT with the toy that is ordred, please contact the toy manufacturer and register it for your warranty If you’re not sure about an item or policy, please ask before ordering.



Sassy Mama Lingerie is not responsible for ANY returns until they reach our warehouse in Seminole, FL .

Please keep the proof of postage along with the tracking number. Ship your return along with the tracking number as SASSY MAMA LINGERIE IS not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Without proof of receipt and delivery, SASSY MAMA LINGERIE will not issue store credit for your returns.
